Train Crossing...

Panama Canal Railway

Take the train and follow the route of the canal construction. Built in large part by chinese manpower, the train was built between 1850 and 1855 in order to transport thousands of people on the way to the California gold fields. One of my tours includes taking the train at Panama, I will receive you at Colon, take you to the new Gatun locks and afterwards continue the trip to Fort San Lorenzo and from there to Portobelo, a sleepy town that was an important point of commerce during the times the spaniards ruled the New World.
